Practitioners please note, Practice Direction HC96 is revoked and Justice Mary Irvine, the President of the High Court, has issued the following Practice Direction HC 103 in relation to the Commercial and SID list in accordance with s. 11(12) and (13) of the Civil Law and Criminal Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2020.
