The notice below was published on the Courts website today, Monday the 9th July 2018. Only cases where the written submissions of the appellant have been lodged in accordance with the directions given at the Callover lists last term will be included in the Callover on the 24th July 2018.

NOTICE
ARTICLE 64 APPEALS – CALLOVER 24TH JULY
Parties to appeals are reminded of their obligation to comply with the directions of the Court given in relation to the filing and service of written submissions in Article 64 appeals which were in the Callover lists of such appeals last term.
It is now intended to have a further Callover of such appeals on Tuesday the 24th July 2018 with a view to allocating hearing dates during next term. Only cases where the written submissions of the appellant have been lodged in accordance with the directions of the Court given last term will be included in such Callover. Therefore it is vital that there is compliance with such directions to ensure the allocation of a hearing date next term.
