All Matters will stand adjourned to the Afternoon of the 25th of May 2022 in Court 27,Four Courts, Inns Quay. Rescheduled times will be listed on the Legal Diary of the 25th of May 2022.

NOTICE RE: Sligo Personal Injuries List, (Monday 16th May 2022 to Friday 27th May 2022)

Practitioners please note, there will be a Positive callover of all cases set down for the Sligo Personal Injuries List on Friday the 29th April 2022 remotely at 10.30 a.m before Mr Justice O’ Connor to fix dates for the Easter Sittings commencing on the 16th May 2022. As this is a Positive callover, where there is no Appearance by either party the Notice of Trial will be Struck Out. Galway Personal Injuries List Trinity Sittings (Monday 28th June 2021 to Friday 9th July 2021)

A positive callover of all High Court cases set down for Galway Personal Injuries up to and including Thursday 28th January 2021 (ending with list no 15569) will occur remotely on Tuesday 8th June 2021 before Mr. Justice O’Connor. Please see notice and list published by the Courts Service.

Please note that due to the complexity of information which the legal representative attending court must be able to confirm, we will not be in a position to move applications, other than striking out cases by consent.
