The Office of the Court of Appeal has issued an update in relation to the Article 64 Callover which is scheduled to take place on Tuesday the 24th July 2018.

Cases will be added to the list up to the end of business on Thursday the 19th July 2018 (as and when submissions of the appellant are lodged). If submissions of the appellant are lodged on Friday or Monday, the appeals can be mentioned at the end of the list on Tuesday. If it is intended to mention cases on Tuesday, Practitioners are requested to notify the Registrar of the Court of Appeal via email to courtofappealcivil@courts.ie and copy the mail to the solicitors for the respondents so that arrangements can be made to have the files in Court. Otherwise, the cases will be added to the November Lists to Fix Dates as directed at the Callover lists last term.
