A Callover of all cases set down for the Kilkenny / Waterford Personal Injury List will take place on Tuesday the 27th May 2025 on a Hybrid basis before Mr Justice O’ Connor at 10.30 am. Please note where there is no appearance by either side the Notice of Trail may be struck out. Any matter up to and including number 118 in the list which is not ready for hearing or where there is no attendance may be adjourned generally.

If you require us to attend or make an application on your behalf you should forward your instructions to reach us no later than 1.00pm on Monday the 26th May 2025. No instructions will be taken on the morning of the Callover.
When forwarding instructions please ensure to include all the following information;
- Title and List Number of the action.
- The party for whom you act.
- When the matter was set down.
- Date of accrual of the cause of action.
- Dates of compliance with O.39(46) of the RSC
- If the matter is for assessment only.
- Details of any outstanding Motions
- If the application is on Consent of the other parties or on notice. (If on notice please advise the date on which they were notified of the application being made).
The Court has advised that it may strike out the Notice of Trial if it is apparent that thematter will not be called on for hearing in 2025.
