The callover of the list for the upcoming High Court Civil Jury sessions from 27th April 2021 for three weeks will take place remotely on Thursday 4th March 2021 before Mr. Justice Barton at 10.30am. Please see list here.
If you require us to attend and make an application on your behalf you should forward your instructions to our Trevor Hosey at thosey@pearts.ie to reach us no later than 3pm on Tuesday 2nd March, this is to ensure that all applications are properly prepared and recorded by us in advance of the callover. Late instructions after this time must be followed up with a phone call to Trevor to ensure that he will be in a position to deal with same. No instructions can be taken on the morning of the callover.
