It has been announced that Discovery Motions listed to be heard before the County Registrar for certain March, April and May dates in the Dublin Circuit Court will now be heard on the 5th December 2022.
Motions issued returnable to the following dates have now been brought forward and will be heard on the 5th December 2022;

18th April 2023
25th April 2023
2nd May 2023
9th May 2023
16th May 2023
Please note, the Circuit Court will not be contacting the parties and it is the responsibility of the moving party in each case to notify the Respondent.
