A Callover of the Limerick High Court Personal and Fatal Injury list for the Michaelmas Term will take place on Tuesday the 2nd October 2018 at 10 o’clock. Cases are assumed to be going on unless there is an application made to have the case adjourned or taken out of the list.

If you require us to attend or make an application on your behalf, you should forward your instructions to John Byrne at jbyrne@pearts.ie to reach us NO LATER than 3pm on Friday the 28th September 2018. This is to ensure that all applications are properly prepared and recorded by us in advance of the call over.
Late instructions received after this time must be followed up with a phone call to John Byrne, to ensure that he is in a position to deal with same. No instructions can be taken on the morning of the call over.
