This will be a positive callover in the course of which the judge will have the discretion to strike out the notice of trial in the absence of good reason as to why the action is not being called on for hearing. Practitioners will be please to note that the Master of the High Court will hear certain adjourned matters which were adjourned to specific days during the month of December 2020. The Matters to be heard are listed here.
