In light of current restrictions and the high volume of matters adjourned due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Dublin Circuit Family law Court will hold a remote callover of motions adjourned during the Hilary term.
Motions that were listed from Monday the 11th of January 2021 to the 29th of January inclusive will now be called over remotely on Monday the 12th April 2021 with a view to assigning a date and time to them.
Due to the volume of matters, the callover will be split into 4 separate time frames:
- Callover 1 : 10:00am Motions from January 11th to January 13th 2021
- Callover 2 : 11:00am Motions from January 14th to January 18th 2021
- Callover 3 : 14:00pm Motions from January 19th to January 25th 2021
- Callover 4 : 15:00pm Motions from January 26th to January 29th 2021
The attached lists for the callover are published with the call-over time which they have been assigned to.

Practitioners are requested to notify the other side, if unrepresented, of the virtual courtroom link. Please ensure you select the correct virtual courtroom link.
Unrepresented parties are advised to identify themselves by initials only on screen and when a matter is called.
A further callover will be scheduled to capture the remaining motions in due course, the notification for which will be via a similar Court Notice.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ALL CASES THAT WERE LISTED FOR HEARING FOR HILARY TERM WILL BE LISTED IN THE NEXT LIST TO FIX A DATE FOR HEARING BY THE COUNTY REGISTRAR.
