The Courts Service have announced that the Dublin Civil Office will list the County Registrar Possession cases remaining outstanding from cancelled lists. These matters will be listed on a staggered basis in Court 27 from February 2022 onwards until all have been dealt with.
- The list on the 3rd February 2022 will include outstanding matters with original return dates of 26th March 2020 until 18th June 2020.
- The list on the 10th February 2022 will include further outstanding matters from the 18th June 2020 until 16th July 2020.
- The list on the 17th February 2022 will include outstanding matters from the 30th July 2020.
Please note, all three Legal Diaries have been published so please check the published lists to locate your matter.
Please remember to send booklet of papers in advance to ensure it is filed in the Dublin Civil office at least 3 days prior to this court date.
