Following the statement of The President of the High Court on the 23rd February 2021 the Master will not sit again until further Notice
and that the sittings of this court will be reviewed on Monday 5th April 2021 and on a weekly basis thereafter.
All matters currently before the Master are adjourned and will be re scheduled.
Listings will be updated following any revision in the level of Covid- 19 restrictions.
No action is required to be taken by practitioners or parties except to regularly access the Legal Diary and the Courts Service website for updates.
Applications can continue to be made for consent orders pursuant to Practice Direction HC89 by email to the Registrar
at: hcmotions@courts.ie together with the required supporting documentation with the subject line of: Masters Court and the High Court Record Number.
If the Master Court resumes hearings in April 2021 matters adjourned from January February and March 2021 will be rescheduled for
hearing during April together with the matters listed for April 2021
The hearing dates of the Court including the matters scheduled on those hearing dates will be published in advance in the legal diary.
