Please note that the Chancery 1 (C5) List will sit on Monday 12^th, Tuesday 13^th, Monday 19^th and Tuesday 20^th October to hear motions which were originally listed in the Chancery 1 (C5) List for May, June & July 2020. Motions which are not reached on the 12^th October will be heard on the 13^th October, likewise motions not reached on the 19^th October will be heard on the 20^th October. Please see lists below.
