Re: Common Law Lists Consent Applications on Monday 13th July 2020 Regarding List of the 20th April 2020

A Registrar has been assigned to sit in a Court on Monday 13th July 2020 to deal with consent applications in respect of motions originally listed for hearing in the Common Law List on the 20th April 2020. Motions originally listed for 13th July 2020 will be dealt with on a future date to be notified. To comply with social distancing requirements staggered times have been allocated for practitioners to attend Court in respect of these consent applications and details of same are below.

Consent applications will be taken in respect of orders, adjournments and any motions to be transferred out of the list as the motion would take in excess of 15 minutes at hearing. If a motion is not to be dealt with by way of a consent application there is no need to attend Court on this day. All motions not dealt with by way of consent application will be deemed to be still “live” and will be listed for hearing at a future date to be notified.

Please visit the Courts Service website here for further information.

If you require us to attend and make a consent application on your behalf please forward your instructions to our Helen Hanlon at no later than 1pm on Friday 10th July.
