Following the statement of The President of the High Court on the 20th October 2020 the Master of the High Court will not sit until 2nd December 2020.
All matters listed for hearing from 22nd October 2020 to 27th November 2020 are adjourned generally with liberty to re-enter. The moving party in each motion must file a notice of re-entry in the Central Office and serve same on the Respondent to the motion. The Central Office will assign hearing dates for the motions in the Hilary Term 2021.
Practice Direction HC89 in relation to consent orders continues to apply. The consent of all parties to the making of a consent order must be forwarded to the Master’s Registrar at hcmotions@courts.ie
