The Courts Service have issued a notice regarding urgent Common Law Ex-Parte Applications which takes effect from Monday July 6th 2020. Please see the notice here.
PLEASE NOTE:
If you require to make an application you might please contact our Jonathan Hanlon at jhanlon@pearts.ie who will arrange an appointment with the Central Office to file your original papers by 4.30pm on the preceding Thursday.
Once papers have been filed in the Central Office, a soft copy of the ex-parte docket, Affidavit(s) and any authorities you intend to rely on should be forwarded to Stephen Downey at stephendowney@courts.ie
You will be sent an email with a scheduled time to attend Court. You must not attend Court without having been given a scheduled time as your application will not be heard.
If you require our attendance with counsel on the day you might also please forward a hard copy of the booklet of pleadings containing all the Ex Parte papers and relevant pleadings.
