On Monday 6th July 2020, a Registrar will sit in a court yet to be decided to deal with consent applications regarding motions previously listed in the Common Law List on the 30th March (motions originally listed for 6th July 2020 will be dealt with on a future date to be notified). Please be aware that times have been staggered to comply with social distancing requirements.
Consent applications will be taken in respect of orders, adjournments and any motions to be transferred out of the list as being a motion that would take in excess of 15 minutes at hearing. Additional information will follow regarding the hearing of the balance of the motions still “live” after the above exercise has been completed
