The positive callover for the Waterford Personal & Fatal Injuries List for the sessions commencing on the 18th to the 29th October 2021 will take place remotely on Thursday 23rd September 2021, before Ms. Justice O’Hanlon. Please see list.
The Registrar will sit at 9.30am before the callover to deal with any consent orders. As it’s a positive callover any non-attendance in cases will result in the Notice of Trial being struck out.
If you require us to attend and make an application on your behalf you should forward your instructions to our Catherine Rourke at crourke@pearts.ie to reach us no later than 3pm on Tuesday 21st September, this is to ensure that all applications are properly prepared and recorded by us in advance of the callover. Late instructions after this time must be followed up with a phone call to Catherine to ensure that she will be in a position to deal with same. No instructions can be taken on the morning of the callover.
