IMPORTANT NOTICE: Cancellation of Dundalk Personal Injuries List.
Please note that due to a shortage of judges, the Dundalk Personal Injuries List of cases for trial in Dundalk commencing on December 2nd 2019 has had to be cancelled.
We have been told that all cases in the list are adjourned to the next list. However, any case which requires to be dealt with more urgently may be mentioned to Mr. Justice Cross with a view to seeking a hearing date in Dublin.

Please note that cases listed for trial in the Kilkenny Personal Injuries List commencing in the Kilkenny High Court on November 18th have been cancelled due to a shortage of judges. However, they have been adjourned to the next list, and more urgent cases may be mentioned to Mr Justice Cross with a view to seeking a hearing date in Dublin.

Due to a shortage of judges, the Non Jury/ Judicial Review list of cases for trial in Cork commencing on November 18th 2019 is cancelled. All cases in the list are adjourned to the next list. Any case which requires to be dealt with more urgently may be mentioned to Mr Justice Meenan at 10.30am on Wednesday the 13th November 2019 with a view to seeking a hearing date in Dublin.
The next Cork Non Jury/ Judicial Review sittings will be held on the 10th February 2020 for two weeks.

Callover of Dundalk Personal Injury List
The callover of the Dundalk Personal Injury list fixing for Dundalk High Court commencing Monday 2nd December 2019 will take place before Ms. Justice O’Hanlon at the Four Courts in Dublin on Tuesday 5th November 2019.
If you require us to attend or make an application on your behalf you should forward your instructions to reach us no later than 3pm on Friday the 1st November, this is to ensure that all applications are properly prepared and recorded by us in advance of the callover. Late instructions received after this time must be followed up with a phone call to Roisin Bradley of this office to ensure that she is in a position to deal with same. No instructions can be taken on the morning of the callover.

The callover of the Waterford/Kilkenny Personal Injury List of cases to commence at Kilkenny on the 18th to the 29th November 2019, will take place on Tuesday 15th October before Ms. Justice Murphy at the Four Courts, Dublin.

Positive Callover of Limerick Personal Injury List
The positive callover of Personal Injury cases fixing for Limerick High Court commencing 21st October to the 31st October 2019 will take place in The Four Courts, Dublin on Tuesday 30th July 2019.
Please note this is a positive callover, any such case which is not ready for hearing in the next sessions or in respect of which there is no attendance in court at the callover will have the Notice of Trial struck out. The attention of practitioners is directed to a Direction signed by the President of the High Court dated the 27th of March 2016 providing for the transfer of cases from this list for hearing to Dublin by consent of the parties.
