Practitioners, please note the following:
Having regard to recent Covid-19 statistics, the projected progress of the national vaccination programme and the Government’s proposal to ease current Covid restrictions over the coming weeks, the High Court, with the agreement of the Courts Service, is satisfied that it can safely make some adjustments to its programme of work for the Trinity term. Please note that the proposed adjustments will relate solely to the manner in which the cases listed below will be heard and will only commence as and from the 28th June 2021.

All matters in Court 23 from the 4th May 2021 will proceed as listed.

Notice: Dublin Metropolitan District Court – Court 8 from 10th May 2021

Court 8, Ground Floor, Áras Uí Dhálaigh, Four Courts, Dublin 7: All matters in Court 8 listed between the 10th May 2021 to the 30th June 2021 inclusive are adjourned generally and parties will be advised of future listings in due course. The administrative office for Court 8 is strictly an appointment only service, Appointments can be made by emailing dublinciviloffice@courts.ie and a confirmation email with your appointment time be returned to you.

UPDATE RE: Possession Civil Bills Before the County Registrar at the Dublin Circuit Court

Practitioners please note the following;

Further to the statement of the President of the Circuit Court and due to the current provisions of the Health Act 1947 (Section 31A -Temporary Restrictions) (Covid-19) Regulations 2020, and in anticipation of the easing of Level 5 Covid -19 restrictions, the Dublin County Registrar will resume hearing Possession Civil Bills from Thursday 10th June 2021, in Court 33, Ground Floor, Aras Ui Dhalaigh, Inns Quay, Dublin 7 (Court capacity 9 persons) in a staggered list, two Possession Civil Bill listed every 20 minutes, (on a trial basis), the start times will be published in the Legal Diary.
