All hearings and motions in the Wardship list will be conducted remotely from Tuesday 27th October 2020.

All booklets of pleadings must be lodged two clear days prior to the hearing.

Practice Direction HC97 transforms and streamlines the making of certain civil applications. The eBook removes the requirement on practitioners to file key authorities which will be retained by the Court
