As per the existing Notice please ensure that hard copy booklet of pleadings and proceedings are sent to us to lodge in the Dublin Civil office NOT LATER THAN  3 working days prior to hearing date. The moving party to the motion must notify the Respondent to the motion in writing of the new hearing date and that notification must be contained in the booklet of pleadings and proceedings.
