Please note that all matters listed in Dublin Circuit Civil Court 22, Áras Uí Dhálaigh will proceed as per the time-slot allocated on the legal diary.
All affidavits and exhibits must be filed in the Circuit Court Civil Office NOT LATER THAN 72 hours prior to the hearing. The moving party must lodge in the Civil Office a clean, complete, indexed and paginated book of pleadings and proceedings for the court for the application NOT LATER THAN 72 hours prior to the hearing. Documents will not be accepted in Court. When filing documents for upcoming court attendance ensure the Court Office is notified of the correct record number, date and time of hearing of the matter.
Please note, with effect from Monday the 2nd November 2020 Infant and Fatal Rulings will be heard remotely where they are capable of being heard remotely.

Following the statement of The President of the High Court on the 20th October 2020 the Master of the High Court will not sit until 2nd December 2020.
The Dublin Personal Injuries List for the period 22nd October 2020 to 27th November 2020 inclusive has been suspended save for actions that are deemed urgent.
