Please note, Family Law Case Progression hearings before the County Registrar will be listed for hearing on Thursdays and some Wednesdays during the Easter and Trinity Term 2021 in Court 35, First Floor, Aras Ui Dhalaigh, Inns Quay, Dublin 7, in staggered lists which will be published in the legal diary.
Once the adjourned case progression hearings are relisted, summons for Case Progression hearings for new matters will be listed in early course.
Arrangements are in place to ensure compliance with HSE distancing requirements and your cooperation is appreciated and expected.
