Motions that were originally listed for hearing in the Common Law List on the 20th April 2020 will now be heard over the week commencing 20th July 2020, please see link here.
Where one of the parties involved in a motion is a lay litigant, the solicitors on record for the other party must inform the lay litigant of the hearing date and time. Furthermore, if you are the moving party, you should inform the other parties that the matter is listed.
To comply with social distancing requirements, staggered times have been allocated for parties to attend Court in respect of these motions and details are set out.
Parties must attend at their given time slot as there will be no provision for a second calling of the list as social distancing requirements have to be adhered to at all times.
On the day, parties are requested to advise the Court of any Motion where the hearing of which is likely to exceed 15 minutes.
If you require us to attend on your behalf, please forward an indexed and paginated book of pleadings to include a copy of your correspondence notifying the other party that the motion is listed.
