The callover of the list for the upcoming sessions from 27th October – 30th October and from 9th November – 13th November will take place remotely on Wednesday 14th October 2020 at 10.00am. This will be a positive callover on the first 50 cases on the list before the Judge at 10.00am whereby non-attendance or a lack of sufficient reason why the cases should be adjourned will result in the Notice of Trial in such cases being struck out with liberty to apply. In relation to cases No 51 onwards normal callover rules apply whereby cases are assumed to be going on unless there is an application made to have the case adjourned or taken out of the list. If you require us to attend and make an application on your behalf you should forward your instructions to our Jonathan Hanlon at jhanlon@pearts.ie to reach us no later than 3pm on Monday 12th October, this is to ensure that all applications are properly prepared and recorded by us in advance of the callover. Late instructions after this time must be followed up with a phone call to Jonathan to ensure that he will be in a position to deal with same. No instructions can be taken on the morning of the callover.
