The callover of the list for the upcoming sessions from 5th October – 16th October will take place REMOTELY before Mr. Justice Meenan on Friday 25th September 2020 at 11.00am. Only the first 250 cases on the list will be called over. Four liability cases and two assessments will be listed each day.

Practitioners are asked to note that there will be a positive callover on Thursday 17^th September at 10.00 am of Non Jury matters listed for hearing during the week commencing Monday 21^st September. There will also be a positive callover on Thursday 24^th September of Non Jury matters listed for hearing during the week commencing Monday 28^th September. Books of pleadings, etc must be lodged by close of business on the Thursday preceding the date of hearing.
