Motions which were originally listed for hearing in the Common Law List on the 27^th April 2020 will now be heard over the week commencing 27^th July 2020, please see list here.

Motions originally listed for hearing on the 27^th July 2020 will not be heard on that date and will be relisted for hearing on a future date to be notified. Keep reading →

Please see Statement of the President of the High Court dated 17th July 2020 which sets out the current position regarding the resumption of work across all divisions including the hearing of proceedings requiring oral testimony.

Please also note that the members of the High Court have agreed to sit in September in order to hear and determine applications and proceedings that were postponed due to Covid-19.
