Please note, callovers of Non-Jury and Judicial Review cases which were adjourned generally for the period 16th March to 14th May 2020 will take place at the Four Courts, Dublin on Wednesday the 1st July and Friday 3rd July 2020 (at times to be appointed). The recently appointed President of the High Court, Ms Justice Mary Irvine made the following video statement regarding Personal Injury cases, which is available to see here.
The Common Law list which was due to take place on March 16th 2020 will now commence on Monday June 29th 2020, but will be staggered over four days.
PLEASE NOTE: The President of the High Court will make both a written and a verbal statement by video on Friday the 26th June regarding the remaining cases in the Dublin Personal Injuries Lists for Hearing between the 18th March and the 26th June 2020.
