The callover of the Galway Personal Injury List of cases to commence at Galway on the 27th May to the 6th June will take place at the Four Courts, Dublin on Friday 3rd May 2019.

The callover of the Dundalk Personal Injury list fixing for Dundalk High Court commencing May 13th 2019 will take place before Mr. Justice Keane at the Four Courts in Dublin on Tuesday 30th April 2019.
If you require us to attend or make an application on your behalf you should forward your instructions to reach us no later than 3pm on Friday the 26th April, this is to ensure that all applications are properly prepared and recorded by us in advance of the callover. Late instructions received after this time must be followed up with a phone call to John Byrne of this office to ensure that he is in a position to deal with same. No instructions can be taken on the morning of the callover.

Article 64 Callover Update
The Court of Appeal office has given notice that a callover of the list will take place on the 3rd April 2019 at 10 o’clock, Court no 1 in the Court of Appeal Building.
The list will comprise of appeals where submissions of the appellant have been lodged pursuant to directions given at the callover lists in Easter term 2018, together with any other appeals in the List to Fix Dates deferred from the 8th November 2018. Keep reading →
