UPDATE RE: Possession Civil Bills Before the County Registrar at the Dublin Circuit Court
Practitioners please note the following;
Further to the statement of the President of the Circuit Court and due to the current provisions of the Health Act 1947 (Section 31A -Temporary Restrictions) (Covid-19) Regulations 2020, and in anticipation of the easing of Level 5 Covid -19 restrictions, the Dublin County Registrar will resume hearing Possession Civil Bills from Thursday 10th June 2021, in Court 33, Ground Floor, Aras Ui Dhalaigh, Inns Quay, Dublin 7 (Court capacity 9 persons) in a staggered list, two Possession Civil Bill listed every 20 minutes, (on a trial basis), the start times will be published in the Legal Diary.
Resumption of the Master’s Court on Monday 10th May 2021
The Master’s Court will resume physically on Monday the 10th day of May 2021 and will sit each day in staggered listing times from Monday to Friday inclusive from 10:00am to 1:00pm and from 2:00pm to 4:00pm. Please see links as follows:

Following on from the remote call-over of adjourned January 2021 motions and in light of current restrictions, Dublin Circuit Family law Court will hold a further remote call-over of all remaining adjourned motions from February and March 2021.
HC104: Applications to have cases in Dublin Personal Injuries List Heard on a Remote Platform.
The attention of all practitioners is drawn to the provisions of s. 11 of the Civil Law and Criminal Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2020.
From 12th April, 2021, where, in respect of a personal injuries action the Court considers that the interests of justice can fairly be met by hearing that action on a remote platform, the Court may direct that the hearing will proceed in that manner.
