Gerard and Valerie, and all the Staff of Pearts wish you and yours a very Happy Christmas and a peaceful New Year.

In light of the particular challenges that 2021 has presented to everyone, we want to express our thanks to you, our colleagues, for all of your loyal support and understanding throughout the year.

We wish to remind you that our offices will close for the Christmas break on Thursday the 23rd December 2021 at 1.00 p.m. and will re-open on Tuesday the 4th January 2022 at 9.00 a.m.

Valerie Elected Once Again!

After 22 years of being a hugely valued member of our staff, John Byrne has left the firm, to explore pastures new.

John, as most of you will know was, and still is, that ‘safe pair of hands’, that competent solver of problems, that ‘go to’ person, when anything needed to be sorted out.

*** CHANGE OF DATE *** LIMERICK PERSONAL & FATAL INJURIES CALLOVER LIST ON WEDNESDAY 29TH SEPTEMBER 2021

The positive callover for the Limerick Personal & Fatal Injuries List for the sessions commencing on the 18th to the 28th October 2021 will now take place remotely on Wednesday 29th September 2021.

If you require us to attend and make an application on your behalf you should forward your instructions to our Trevor Hosey at thosey@pearts.ie to reach us no later than 3pm on Monday 27th September, this is to ensure that all applications are properly prepared and recorded by us in advance of the callover. Late instructions after this time must be followed up with a phone call to Trevor to ensure that he will be in a position to deal with same. No instructions can be taken on the morning of the callover.

Sligo Personal Injuries List Michaelmas Sittings (Monday 8th November 2021 to Thursday 18th November 2021)

Please note, a positive callover of all cases set down for Sligo/Letterkenny up to and including 12th April 2021 (ending with list No. PI 8302SO) as listed below will occur remotely on Friday 8th October 2021. Parties in proceedings set down after 12 April 2021 may apply to the Registrar with the consent of all parties to include their action in the Michaelmas sessions. Please see list.
