Callover of the Galway Personal Injuries list will take place remotely on Thursday 14th January.

In light of the statement of the President of the High Court made yesterday, the callover of the Galway Personal Injuries list for the upcoming sittings from 1st February – 10th February will take place remotely on Thursday 14th January. It is proposed that 8 matters will be listed for hearing each day (the judge being advised of any cases that ought to be given priority and why they need an urgent hearing), as set out by the President, this will be reviewed the week of the 26th January. Please see list here however an updated list will be available on the Legal Diary on the 13th January which will reflect the changes that have been made to the list since Christmas.
