YAAAAY!

Welcome back Jurgita Nangle ! Having sadly had to say goodbye to her in February after five years of working with us, we were so thrilled (and flattered) when she wanted to re-join the Court Filings Team. I’m sure many of our clients and colleagues will also be delighted to be able to liaise with her again.

Her positive energy and hard-working ethic is much appreciated by all.

Retirement Reset

As you all know, Valerie Peart and Gerard Wade have been directing operations atGerard Wade and Valerie Peart Pearts Solicitors and Town Agents for the past twenty-two and a half years when they took over from Valerie’s brother, Michael Peart.

A family business since 1883, it has always been important to Gerard and Valerie that such a status would continue. As Gerard embraces his new phase, indeed, his 3rd Act, (as some would call it) as a Retiree, the time has come for the next generation to step up and take the reins of the Town Agency business. Married to the youngest daughter of Valerie and Gerard, James returned to his TY roots in 2022 when the opportunity arose to take over as Office Manager. With a degree in Business and Law from UCD, a Masters in Project Management from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and over 10 years working in Professional Services and Project Management including time spent with IBM, First Data Fiserv and EY, James is no stranger to busy businesses. On taking over the steer, James says, Keep reading →
