Welcome back Jurgita Nangle ! Having sadly had to say goodbye to her in February after five years of working with us, we were so thrilled (and flattered) when she wanted to re-join the Court Filings Team. I’m sure many of our clients and colleagues will also be delighted to be able to liaise with her again.
Her positive energy and hard-working ethic is much appreciated by all.


There will be a Positive Callover of cases set down for the Limerick / Ennis Personal Injuries List on Wednesday the 4th June 2025 on a Hybrid basis before Mr Justice O’ Connor to fix dates for the Sittings commencing the 30th June 2025.
There will be a Positive callover of cases set down for the Cork Personal Injuries List on Wednesday the 9th April 2025 on a Hybrid basis at 10.30 A.M. before Mr Justice O’ Connor to fix dates for the Sittings commencing the 12th May 2025. As noted in the callover, where matters up to and including number 181 in the List are not ready to proceed or there is no Appearance by either side the case may be adjourned generally with liberty to re-enter.
An invitation from Ipsos B&A on behalf of The Law Society of Ireland to complete a survey has been sent to all Solicitors, by way of a follow-on from the last members survey, conducted in 2023.
