The Garda Compensation List will re-commence by way of remote hearings as and from Monday 12th October 2020. Priority has been given to those cases that had hearing dates vacated due to the pandemic. Please see details here.
The Jury list to fix dates will take place on Thursday 22nd October 2020 before Mr. Justice Barton at 10.30am, this will be a positive callover and failure to attend will result in the Notice of Trial being struck out. Please see list here.
Please note, due to the continuation of public health measures as a result of Covid-19, the High Court Civil Jury call over scheduled for the 15th October 2020 has been cancelled.
The High Court Civil Jury action hearings scheduled for the 3rd November 2020 have been cancelled. The next High Court Civil Jury call over is scheduled for the 17th December 2020.
