Cork Personal Injuries Callover List to Take Place Remotely

The callover of the list for the upcoming sessions from 5th October – 16th October will take place REMOTELY before Mr. Justice Meenan on Friday 25th September 2020 at 11.00am. Only the first 250 cases on the list will be called over. Four liability cases and two assessments will be listed each day.

URGENT NOTICE – NON-JURY MATTERS FOR HEARING – SEPTEMBER 2020

Practitioners are asked to note that there will be a positive callover on Thursday 17th September at 10.00 am of Non Jury matters listed for hearing during the week commencing Monday 21st September. There will also be a positive callover on Thursday 24th September of Non Jury matters listed for hearing during the week commencing Monday 28th September. Please see full list of Non Jury matters listed for September.

Books of pleadings, etc must be lodged by close of business on the Thursday preceding the date of hearing.

RE: Chancery 1 (C5) Motions which were originally listed for May, June & July are now listed for the 12th, 13th, 19th and 20th October 2020.

Please note that the Chancery 1 (C5) List will sit on Monday 12th, Tuesday 13th, Monday 19th and Tuesday 20th October to hear motions which were originally listed in the Chancery 1 (C5) List for May, June & July 2020. August Vacation 2020

For the first time in history, the Courts will only take the month of August off and will sit again in September.

As always, a High Court Judge will be available every day throughout the Vacation in to hear urgent applications.
