The Common Law list which was due to take place on March 16th 2020 will now commence on Monday June 29th 2020, but will be staggered over four days.

Please note, the Examiner’s Court List scheduled for Monday 22nd June 2020 has been cancelled, with all motions listed for that date now due to be heard on Monday 20th July 2020 instead. This is due to the reduction of suitable courtrooms as a result of public health measures put in place to limit the potential spread of Covid-19.
Practitioners should be aware that Consent Applications to the Registrar must be dealt with in advance of the 22nd of June as the Registrar will not accept Consent Applications on the day with the aim of minimising the number of people in Court.
