Keep reading →The Callover of the List for the upcoming sessions from 11th January – 22nd January 2021 will take place remotely on Friday the 11th December 2020 at 11.00 am before Mr. Justice Keane. This will be a positive callover in the course of which the judge will have the discretion to strike out the notice of trial in the absence of good reason as to why the action is not being called on for hearing.
