The Dublin Circuit Family Court – Notice Re Cases Before the County Registrar

Please note, the Family Law Case Progression hearings before the Dublin County Registrar Family adjourned since 22 October 2020 will be listed for hearing on Wednesdays and Thursdays during December 2020 in staggered lists both of which are published on the Courts Service website here, and the further lists will be published in early course.

Once the adjourned case progression hearings are relisted, summons for Case Progression hearings for new matters will issue in due course.

In the event of an easing of Level 5 restrictions, County Registrar Family Law Motions will commence on 10 December for certain hearing dates to be allocated during December and List to Fix dates will be heard on 17th December 2020. This notice replaces the previous notices concerning the hearing of family law matters before the Dublin County Registrar.

The consent email address cannot be used for County Registrar matters once hearings resume.

A further notice will be published in due course when there is an update on the easing of Level 5 restrictions.

Please take notice that all Family Law Motions listed before the Dublin County Registrar until 1st December 2020 have been adjourned for a date to be fixed. Newly assigned hearing dates will be published on the Legal Diary in due course.

Re: High Court – Wardship List – All hearings to be conducted remotely from Tuesday 27th October 2020

All hearings and motions in the Wardship list will be conducted remotely from Tuesday 27th October 2020.

All booklets of pleadings must be lodged two clear days prior to the hearing.
