Re: Dublin Personal Injuries List

Consent applications for hearing dates in respect of the Dublin Personal Injury List will be taken by the Registrar each Friday commencing on the 17th July 2020. Where agreement is not possible applications on notice may be made by email and a date and time for a hearing (if deemed necessary by the Presiding Judge) will be notified. Update Re Motions Originally Listed in the Common Law Lists for the 16th and 23rd March 2020

PLEASE NOTE: On Monday 22nd June 2020, two Registrars will sit in two courts to deal with consent applications regarding motions previously listed for these dates. Please be aware that times have been staggered to comply with social distancing requirements.

Consent applications will be taken in respect of Orders, adjournments and any motions to be transferred out of the list as being a motion that would take in excess of 15 minutes at hearing.

Please Note: The President of the High Court has directed that pursuant to the provisions of section 10 of the Courts (Supplemental Provisions) Act 1961, with immediate effect, all motions and applications listed for hearing before the Master of the High Court between now and the end of Hilary term 2020 are adjourned generally with liberty to enter.
