Re: Common Law Lists Consent Applications on Monday 13th July 2020 Regarding List of the 20th April 2020

A Registrar has been assigned to sit in a Court on Monday 13th July 2020 to deal with consent applications in respect of motions originally listed for hearing in the Common Law List on the 20th April 2020. Motions originally listed for 13th July 2020 will be dealt with on a future date to be notified. To comply with social distancing requirements staggered times have been allocated for practitioners to attend Court in respect of these consent applications and details of same are below. New Practice Directions in High Court

Please note the following new High Court Practice Directions which have recently been issued:

HC91- Practice Direction for all claims (excluding personal injury claims) in which oral evidence will be given

HC92- To enable personal injury actions to proceed in a manner which complies with public health guidance and to protect the safety of court users during Covid-19 restrictions the following practice direction will take effect from 13th July 2020
