On Monday 6th July 2020, a Registrar will sit in a court yet to be decided to deal with consent applications regarding motions previously listed in the Common Law List on the 30th March (motions originally listed for 6th July 2020 will be dealt with on a future date to be notified). Please note, callovers of Non-Jury and Judicial Review cases which were adjourned generally for the period 16th March to 14th May 2020 will take place at the Four Courts, Dublin on Wednesday the 1st July and Friday 3rd July 2020 (at times to be appointed). Update Regarding Common Law List Previously Scheduled for March 16th 2020
The Common Law list which was due to take place on March 16th 2020 will now commence on Monday June 29th 2020, but will be staggered over four days.
Ms Justice Mary Irvine to Make a Statement on Friday June 26th Regarding the Dublin PI List
PLEASE NOTE: The President of the High Court will make both a written and a verbal statement by video on Friday the 26th June regarding the remaining cases in the Dublin Personal Injuries Lists for Hearing between the 18th March and the 26th June 2020.

Cases listed for the Commercial Court will now be called over remotely on the preceding Friday.
