Pearts Solicitors and Town Agents for the past twenty-two and a half years when they took over from Valerie’s brother, Michael Peart.
To facilitate Gerard’s retirement,
In light of the nationwide Red Weather Warning coming into effect tomorrow and the closure of the below Court offices in Dublin, please be aware that the offices of Pearts Town Agents will be closed tomorrow, Friday January 24th, and we will re-open on Monday at 9am.
Going forward, there is no requirement to lodge Books in advance in the List Room. Books are now required to be physically brought to the Court on the day and need to be handed into the Registrar when the matter is called.
The last day of the 2024 Michaelmas court term was also sadly the day that former member of the Pearts team, Brian Clifford aged 41, lost his long, brave battle with cancer. Husband to Caroline Wade, the eldest daughter of our Principal Valerie Peart and Gerard Wade and brother-in-law of Niamh, John and Jennifer Wade, (wife of our Office manager James Clarke), Brian will be significantly missed by all who knew and loved him. Leaving behind three small children, Daniel (11), Lucie (9) and Sam (3), it is hard to put into words how heartbreaking the reality of this new norm is for them.
