PLEASE NOTE: On Monday 22nd June 2020, two Registrars will sit in two courts to deal with consent applications regarding motions previously listed for these dates. Please be aware that times have been staggered to comply with social distancing requirements.
Consent applications will be taken in respect of Orders, adjournments and any motions to be transferred out of the list as being a motion that would take in excess of 15 minutes at hearing.
Please note, the Examiner’s Court List scheduled for Monday 22nd June 2020 has been cancelled, with all motions listed for that date now due to be heard on Monday 20th July 2020 instead. This is due to the reduction of suitable courtrooms as a result of public health measures put in place to limit the potential spread of Covid-19.
Practitioners should be aware that Consent Applications to the Registrar must be dealt with in advance of the 22nd of June as the Registrar will not accept Consent Applications on the day with the aim of minimising the number of people in Court.
