Notice Re Dublin Circuit Family Court List to Fix Dates 5, 6 & 7 May 2021 Before the County Registrar
Further to the statement of the President of the Circuit Court and due to the current provisions of the Health Act 1947 (Section 31A -Temporary Restrictions) (Covid-19) Regulations 2020, and in anticipation of the easing of Level 5 restrictions the Family Law List to Fix Dates for the cases that have been adjourned by reason of the Covid 19 pandemic restrictions since January 2021 and other cases awaiting hearing dates, will be listed in Court 33 Aras Ui Dhalaigh Inns, Quay, Dublin 7 (Capacity 9 people), on 5th, 6th and 7th May 2021 in staggered lists. The full list of those cases is published hereunder.
Arrangements are in place to ensure compliance with HSE distancing requirements and your cooperation is appreciated. You should only attend Court at your scheduled time. The hearing will take place in accordance with public health and the Courts Service guidelines.

Dublin Circuit Family Law Court will hold a Further Remote Call-over of all Remaining Adjourned Motions from February and March 2021.
All Matters Currently Before the Master are Adjourned and will be Re-scheduled.
Following the statement of The President of the High Court on the 23rd February 2021 the Master will not sit again until further Notice and that the sittings of this court will be reviewed again on Monday 4th May 2021 and on a weekly basis thereafter.

HC104: Applications to have cases in Dublin Personal Injuries List Heard on a Remote Platform.
The attention of all practitioners is drawn to the provisions of s. 11 of the Civil Law and Criminal Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2020.
From 12th April, 2021, where, in respect of a personal injuries action the Court considers that the interests of justice can fairly be met by hearing that action on a remote platform, the Court may direct that the hearing will proceed in that manner.
